Best Concert EVER!

Last weekend Jake & I went to see Lynyrd Skynyrd in Cleveland! Its the first time they have been back to cleveland in a very long time! This was awesome for both of us because jake grew up listening to them and i have been listening to them for over 10 yrs now! We went with a bunch of our guy friends and had a blast! It was really cool to see jake enjoying himself as much as I was!

They did Free Bird at the end and it was kinda bittersweet becuase it was all our friends from highschool that are left in the area and we were all there together singing as loud as we could!

Family Night!

We had fun friday night at our second family night! The boys helped me make homemade pizzas~ even made their own lil ones! I surprised them by letting their friend Jackson come over to spend the night! They had a blast! Part of our entertainment for the night was watching them all try to do a handstand~ They turned out to be mostly summersaults but they had fun trying!
Caleb (above) is almost there! Jackson (below) looks like superman!

God, Please give me the courage and faith to hold on to your hope no matter what may come my way today. I claim your promise of restoration.

~This is on a notecard that i have by my computer everyday. I noticed it one day this past week inparticular.

It seems to me that I try to fix things MY WAY and it only creates a bigger problem. What did happen could have been avoided if I had just listened to what a dear friend said instead of acting on an impulse. Think before I act.

I have a good feeling about things happening in my life right now. Tonight is good. My heart is good. My marriage is stronger. My family is good. Life is good.

GOD IS GOOD!
